XP Protection Center malware
XP Protection Center is a malware named like it was a computer security suite dedicated to Windows XP. This way XP ProtectionCenter scam tricks people into taking this fraudulent program as it was a reputable tool.
XPProtection Center is not even a genuine fraud; it’s a copy of AntiSpyware XP 2009. This malware is installed by trojans. It sticks on a computer and users can neither close nor uninstall it. XP Protection Center loads pop-ups urging people to pay for using the software. It also reports fabricated threats in order to make users interested in purchasing XPProtectionCenter. It may even imitate computer scan and generate system tray alerts. The program might look official and legitimate, but it’s malicious and it doesn’t work as a security tool.
