wscntfy.exe
This process is a part of the Microsoft Windows Security system. It should not be disabled or terminated as it is important for stable and secure work of your computer. wscntfy.exe was only introduced in Windows XP Service Pack 2, so if you have an older version of windows do not worry if you did not find this file. File can be disabled by going in to “Services” and disabling Security Center, but in order to keep your computer up to date and secure enough this is not recommended.
wscntfy.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32
