Stay away from Windows XP Fix, a program that imitates a security tool but that is in fact a rogue antispyware program. Windows XP Fix infiltrates to computers with a help of Trojan viruses which downloads and installs the program completely secretly. The application is then configured to start automatically when your system boots up.
Windows XP Fix completely takes over your system and pretends performing all functions of security tool. The program loads its scanner which unfortunately is not able to find any real infections. However, the program lists a bunch of files and says that these are infections that must bee removed as soon as possible. The program also offers getting its full version and says that this will enable Windows XP Fix to remove all infections.
In reality the program only wants to get your money as that’s the way computer hackers earn money. Moreover, the program generates tons of security notifications and pop up ads which also warn about infections. Basically, Windows XP Fix does everything in order to swindle away your money.
Please remove Windows XP Fix as soon as possible with a reputable antispyware program. If you have paid for it, contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
