As soon as Windows Restore gets inside the system it is configured to start automatically with each system reboot. The application uses its fake scanner and simulates performing system scan. After the scan finishes, it displays as a list of supposedly detected threats and asks to make a payment for a license of Windows Restore which should help you in removing all infections.
The truth is that the application just wants to get your money and that is quite a good way to convince computer into purchasing a completely useless program. Usually the users are ready to do a lot when it comes to the protection of their computer systems. However, Windows Restore is completely useless here and the best option once you see it on your system is getting rid of Windows Restore as soon as possible.
