Virus Protector
Virus Protector is a malicious program that imitates a system scanner but in reality is not able to detect any infections. The application is downloaded without any notification and doesn’t require the approval of computer user to be installed. It uses malware to do that.
Virus Protector enters into Windows Registry and creates some entries there. This helps the program to control your system. Virus Protector runs a system scanner and displays many files as infections when the scan is done. You may start thinking that you need to take some serious actions in order to remove them as it looks quite scary. However, the infections are not real and they are not harmful at all. The program is only trying to convince you into purchasing its full version and that is why it first tries to create a vision that your system is at risk.
