Vgibz.dll
Vgibz.dll is a malware, first noticed on September 19th 2006. It consists of software with clearly malicious functionality that is used to endanger individual PCs as well as entire networks.
Vgibz.dll uses Trojan parasites to install itself through browser security exploits. After installation it starts sending false warnings of spyware on the computer and uses it to frighten the user into purchasing the rogue software, which could remove the threats. There’s no information whether the purchased software works, but the guess is made that it is only used to steal money from web users who are infected. Â
