Total Security – totally unsecure

Total Security is a rogue anti-spyware application and probably just a rename of another notorious spyware remover called Antivirus 360. Total Security is usually installed automatically without user’s permission when PC is infected with trojan viruses or other malware. It is also possible to download and install this parasite manually.

The main goal of such a rogue application is to convince the user that his computer is seriously infected and to advertise fake paid spyware remover. TotalSecurity is not an exception. Once installed and active, this parasite mimics real anti-virus scanner and reports various bogus results stating that system is infected with spyware, malware and other type infections. Subsequently, scammers suggest to buy a full version of Total Security for infections removal. However, don’t buy this worthless application because this is simple a scam. Instead, remove Total Security from the system once and for all.
