Top Antivirus. The Scam
Top Antivirus is rogue anti-spyware which is created to cheat people pay for this useless tool. Top Antivirus can be downloaded by Trojans without any notice of the user. These parasites get to the PC through the fake video codecs that are necessary to watch video clips. Moreover, a fake Top Antivirus trial version can be downloaded from a malicious websites thinking to get rid of other spywares.
After Top Antivirus was installed, the user is rushed with messages and reported about the spyware flood on his computer. Besides, this parasite is able to compete with a computer system scan and show the user a list of spyware infections as a result. To remove this imaginary parasite, TopAntivirus offers the user a “fullâ€Â version of this program. After installing it, additional malware may be downloaded and every time Windows startup, it may launch the machine.
To get rid of this rogue anti-spyware, user has to uninstall TopAntivirus by using the “Add/Remove Programs†utility but it must be remembered that this rogue may reappear after reboot because of the hidden Top Antivirus files.
Following files must be deleted: angd.exe, wsgd.exe, rkgdll.exe, mcdlk.ex
