taskmgr.exe
Taskmgr.exe (short for Task Manager) is a Microsoft Windows system filethat displays all the processes that are currently running on your computer, along with their names and CPU usage percentage. You can open the task manager by pressing ctrl+alt+del to check your system for strange processes and/or their processor usage.
Taskmgr.exe is usually located in the C:\WINDOWS\System\ folder, and if you encounter this file anywhere else in your hard drive, this might be a sign of a malware infection.
Malware, especially trojan parasites tend to exploit taskmgr.exe as a cloaked malicious proces. If you see a taskmgr.exe executable file not in its native place, do not click it and be sure to delete it as soon as possible.
