Spyware Protection Plus – rogue security product
Spyware Protection Plus is another fake spyware remover. It might be advertised together with other notorious spyware removers, such as Antivirus 2009, Antivirus 360. SpywareProtection Plus uses the infamous trojan Zlob, to enter the system. Of course it is possible to download and install this parasite manually, but this is less presumptive case.Â
The main goal of Spyware ProtectionPlus is to collect money from credulous users. It uses well known scaring tactics in order to achieve it’s pupose. Once installed and active, SpywareProtectionPlus starts fake system scan and shows bogus results. This rogue then floods the system with pop-up windows and other similar alerts. Mostly about non-existing infections and security problems. Then cyber-thieves advertises user to buy a full version of Spyware Protection Plus, claiming that it will help to remove those infections. Actually, this rogue is unable to detect nor to remove any infections. It is an infection itself. So remove Spyware Protection Plus as soon as possibe, if it’s in your system.
