spoolsv.exe
It is a Microsoft Printer Spooler Service, which handles the printing processes. This program is a must if you have and use printer installed on your computer. If so better not to disable this process. Anyway, if you really want to this file is not a critical process and can be safely removed from the Task Manager to free up used memory. However, spoolsv.exe also might be a virus. Backdoor.Ciadoor.B, VBS.Masscal.Worm (vbs) and Hacktool. Privshell uses same file, but it is located NOT on System32 folder. If you have any problems with spoolsv.exe better scan your system.
