spools.exe is a process known as W32/Kassbot-C Trojan. It allows attackers to gain remote control of your computer, steal passwords, financial and personal data. This process should be removed upon detection immediately. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 94208 bytes (75% of all occurrence), 94720 bytes, 2125312 bytes, 260608 bytes, 673792 bytes.
