Smitfraud Fix Tool – worthless and fake spyware remover
Smitfraud FIX Tool is a new rogue anti-spyware application. It is very important to understand that this parasite is not the same as SmitfraudFix, which is a reliable spyware remover. SmitfraudFIX Tool uses trojans, such as the infamous Zlob or Vundo, to enter the system. These Trojans usually pretend to be Video codecs. The main goal of this parasite is to steal money from naive people.
Once isntalled and active, SmitfraudFIXTool floods the system with pop-up windows and fake system notifications about imaginary infections and security problems. Actually, Smitfraud FIXTool can not detect neither remove any kind of infections, because is it as infectiom itself. So, basically everything is done in order to scare users and make then believe that their computers are seriously infected. The best option in this case is to ignore all the information that has been shown by this parasite and remove it as soon as possible after infection.
