Smart Engine

Smart Engine is a fake antispyware program that spreads to computer systems through the active use of Trojan viruses. It’s a malware infection that works exactly like infamous VirusDoctor rogue antispyware program. It creates plenty of files that have no use but are also harmless and later on report them as infections.

Basically, it loads a scanner which pretends to perform system check for viruses. When the imitates scan finishes Smart Engine lists the files that were created before and recommends removing them by telling that they pose risk to your system.

Besides Smart Engine is a reason of tons of security notifications and pop ups displayed on your desktop. The purpose of these messages is also to convince you into thinking your system is infected and purchase Smart Engine as a tool to fix everything.
