Shield Soldier
Shield Soldier is a fake program that pretends to be a security tool but in fact has nothing to do with a reputable spyware remover. It’s a program that works exactly the same way as most of rogue programs and only differs in its graphical user interface.
At first, Shield Soldier time imitates video codec that is required to be downloaded in order to watch specific videos online. The program may also be advertised on malicious internet sites that suggest scanning your system with free online scanner. Through one of the two ways Shield Soldier enters the system. During the installation it also creates a bunch of files that are later recognized as infections when Shied Soldier scans the system.
The program also is a reason of tons of pop ups bombarding the system and security notifications appearing from Windows task bar for no reason. If these messages tell about spyware infiltration and mention activating Shield Soldier, you can be sure that it’s a job of this badware program.
Moreover, Shield Soldier tends to install Registry Clever, which is a fake Windows Registry cleaner. It works in a similar way as Shield Soldier also reporting about system errors and asking to purchase its license in order to fix those errors.
You are strongly advised to remove Shield Soldier as soon as it happens to notice it on your machine. Find out more about Shield Soldier from the articles listed below:
