SecurityScanner 2008 – new fraud
SecurityScanner 2008 is very convincing scam. It loads fake system scan and reports large amounts of infections on the computer. The scans regularly appear as pop-ups and interrupt any other activities on system. The only option provided by Security Scanner 2008 is buying full version of this program. If user doesn’t purchase SecurityScanner 2008, the malware redirects web browser to websites that sell fake anti-spywares. However, if user agrees to buy a copy of SecurityScanner2008, the pop-ups and browser hijacker don’t go away either.
SecurityScanner 2008 never functions as anti-virus or anti-spyware. It is a fraud to gain money from naive people. Security Scanner 2008 infects computers through trojans; it is a malware itself.
