SafetyGuard
SafetyGuard is a malicious program that pretends to be a security tool. It infiltrates through Trojan viruses and starts acting on computer as soon as it gets inside. Safety Guard is run after each computer reboot without you asking your permission.
The scanner is actually fake and displays fabricated scan results. It states to detect tons of infections even if your computer is actually completely clean. Then the program offers purchasing a full version of Safety Guard in order to remove threats that were detected. The truth is that you don’t even need to do that as Safety Guard doesn’t detect any real infections.
Ignore any security alerts that attempt to push you into purchasing Safety Guard as a security tool as well. It’s one more method used by scammers in order to make you pay for a completely fake application.
