Rogue description: System Security 2009
System Security 2009 might be classified as new rogue anti-spyware, but very likely it is just a rename of System Security, which is also a rogue, but has been created a bit earlier. More precisely speaking, System Security 2009 however uses more aggressive tactics comparing to System Security. However, the main goal remains unchanged. SystemSecurity 2009 uses malicious methods in order to promote a full version of SystemSecurity2009.
Once installed and active, System Security 2009 uses mislaeding scan methods and displays various bogus results, stating that user’s PC is seriously infected with malware, adware and spyware. The rogue also displays security alerts with notifications about low security status. Nonetheless, System Security 2009 is able only to detect all those infections, but removal is possible only with a full version. But the truth is, that System Security 2009 is a scam. Those infections and security alerts are all fake. The only infction present on the system is System Security 2009 itself. That’s why this parasite should be removed without any doubts.
