RESpyWare
RESpyWare is just another rogue anti-spyware from WiniSoft family. Just like earlier created its initials REAnti or KeepCop, RESpyWare uses the same Graphical User Interface and similarly tries to scare its victims into purchasing its “licensed†version.
This malware usually comes unrecognized because of the Trojans that are used for the distribution. They pose to be Flash updates required to play videos and download all the data useful for RESpyWare. When installed, RESpyWare runs when computer boots up. Firstly, it invents numerous harmless files that later it will detect them as malware. Additionally, this fake security tool displays fake system scanners and informs the user how hard his computer is infected. RESpyWare loads tons of annoying alerts, pop-up ads and notifications and redirects the user to its official website.
In truth, this rogue anti-spyware seeks only to rip people off, so information that only its “licensed†version is capable to fix the PC reaches the user.
