RegFix Pro – bogus registry cleaner
RegFix Pro is yet another fake Windows registry repair tool. Actually, it is not a new rogue, but a clone of RegTool which was released about a month ago. It is known that RegFix Pro is promoted through the use of Trojans like Zlob or Vundo and on varuous malicious webistes that offers free online registry scanners. These bogus scanners display fake information about Windows registry problems and suggest to download RegFix Pro in order to fix found issues.
Once RegFix Pro is installed, it performs fake system scan and states that your computer has many registry problems, junk files, privacy concerns and other issues. It will even offer a solution how to speed up your computer. Quite impressive, but unfortunately this is not true. Everything becomes obvious, when you trie to fix those found problems. You have to purchase RegFix Pro, otherwise you won’t be able to fix anything. RegFix Pro is a scam, don’t purchase it. Instaed, remova the rogue from your computer immediately after the first appearance.
