RegDefense
RegDefense is a fake Registry Cleaner which was copied from another rogue program, called RegDefence 2009. Both of these applications were created to convince people that it is worth installing them if cleaning Windows Registry or boosting computer’s performance is wanted. However, RegDefense is not able to fulfill any of these actions. What is more, this scamware is more likely to damage your PC system, so have no doubt if it is worth uninstalling.
RegDefense acts just like all other parasites and seeks the only thing – to fool you and steal $29.95 from your wallet. This application begins to scare people by starting to scan computer system for Registry errors. After scanning, it issues misleading alerts about registry problems found there and starts promoting RegDefense. Do not believe these issues and remove RegDefense as soon as it starts interrupting into your computer work!
