Avoid PC Antispyware 2010 rogue security application
PC Antispyware 2010 is a misleading security application that uses false scan results and fake security alerts to scare you into buying the program. This bogus software is from the same family as Home antivirus 2010 and PC Security 2009. It creates many harmless files with random file names and later detects those files as infections. In order to remove supposed computer security threats you have to purchase a full license of PC Antispyware 2010. Obviously, you shouldn’t do this, because it’s a scam.
PC Antispyware 2010 will display very annoying security alerts every 1 or 2 minutes. You will also see a fake Windows Security Center. However, the real one doesn’t suggest to buy any software. The rogue program will also hijack Internet Explorer and redirect you to various untrusted websites. While browsing you may see fake notifications about dangerous websites or insecure connection. Basically, you will see either a blank page or a misleading website. Antivirus software download may be also restricted.
In order to remove PC Antispyware 2010 you have to delete the following files:Â aqamodero.dat, hubeweqa.lib, jatikysup._dl, ofyxodaqa.dat, sahaso.bat, zotys.bin, AVEngn.dll, htmlayout.dll, PC_Antispyware2010.cfg, PC_Antispyware2010.exe, pthreadVC2.dll, Uninstall.exe, wscui.cpl, daily.cvd, Microsoft.VC80.CRT, Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest, msvcm80.dll, msvcp80.dll, msvcr80.dll, akudyta.lib, hoxigawax.inf, kyci.dl, nuxojih.scr, qynomikov.bin, seni.reg, yfoneby.db, _scui.cpl, cocefezyj.dl, qebykiti.dl, pybisezyr.db, ulycozoho._dl, ekenubes.com, icosagula.reg, jugifyryve.exe, PC_Antispyware2010.lnk, ajeby.reg, yqeqaranym.vbs, zebav.pif, _scui.cpl.txt, xoqupuwytu._dl, Uninstall.lnk
