New rogue called Express Antivirus 2009
Express Antivirus 2009 is a rogue anti-spyware application. This rogue gains access to the system via trojans, mostly Zlob ir Vundo type trojans. Also ExpressAntivirus 2009 can be downloaded and installed manually from scamer’s website. It seems that this rogue is a clone of Antivirus 2009 because of distinct similiarities. The main intention of this fake application is to fool users and steal money from them.
ExpressAntivirus2009 runs automaticaly when system starts up. Usually this rogue floods system with fake alert windows about imaginary infections and system security holes. Then those infections can be removed only with full version of this rogue. It is a common scheme of fake anti-spyware applications. Basically everything is done to scare people willing that they will buy this worthless application. So, be smart and don’t buy it. If already infected, I recommend you to remove it as soon as possible.
