netsvc.exe

This process is know as Trojan.W32.Mytob worm. It is distributed through e-mail and tries to trick you into opening a hostile attachment. Since netsvc.exe has it’s own SMTP server, the process then distributes itself to whomever it finds in your contact list. It also allows attackers to gain access to your computer, stealing passwords and personal data. It has no visible window. This process is a security risk and should be removed you’re your system immediately.

Known file sizes on Windows XP are 143360 bytes (55% of all occurrence), 139264 bytes, 147456 bytes, 268800 bytes, 695296 bytes, 766976 bytes, 13312 bytes, 827904 bytes, 49913 bytes, 1272320 bytes, 1020416 bytes, 827904 bytes.
