Netmon.exe
Netmon.exe is a mass-mailing worm, which was noticed for the first time on March 2nd 2005. The virus is send to a users’ email with intention to be opened, downloading netmon.exe. As far as the worm has its own SMPT mailing engine, it is able to gather your email information and redistribute itself.
Netmon.exe in not a critical component of your system; however, at the worst, it may enable cyber criminals to enter your computer and gather such personal data as passwords, credit card information and other sensitive data. Netmon.exe should be removed from your system as soon as you notice its existence.
