My Supervisor – bogus anti-spyware product

My Supervisor is a new rogue anti-spyware product. It was created by the same group of people who had released Virus Doctor – another fake anti-spyware remover. My Supervisor is presented as all-in-one protection package. With this software user can control autoruns, privacy services and other infections. Usually My Supervisor is promoted by Virus Doctor Freeware as more advanced security tool.

After infection My Supervisor starts several different computer scans and reports fake results. In most cases these fake results are shown in pop-up windows and alert notices. Infections also differs noticeably. From spyware infection to privacy issues and other similar security threats. Inexperienced users often begin to panic and this is exactly what cyber-thieves want to achieve. Then they suggest to use My Supervisor and claims that this is the best choice form then in this situation. Obviously it’s a lie. They only want to trick money from users, because trial version won’t help  and  the full version is paid.
