Microsoft Antivirus – yet another rogue spyware remover

Microsoft Antivirus is counterfeit anti-spyware product.  The name of this rogue may mislead users and make a wrong impression about this anti-spyware application. Inexperienced users may think that this is Microsoft Corp. product, but in reality it has nothing to do with this well known company.

MicrosoftAntivirus spreads through trojans or similar type viruses. After infection this parasite uses common scare tactics to frighten users. It performs fake system scan, after which shows many pop-up windows with information about counterfeit system’s security problems, privacy issues and errors.  Also it can hijack brower and redirect users to misleading websites. The main goal of this rogue is to somehow trick money from simple-hearted  users . Internet thieves then suggest to buy a full copy of MicrosoftAntivirus and remove those infections. But everything sounds too good to be true. Because in reality MicrosoftAntivirus is useless and what is more it is an infection itself.
