matcli.exe
matcli.exe or Motive Support Tuner Command Line Interface is a support process which gathers information necessary for running support tools used by many companies such as Verizon, Compaq, BT Broadband, HP and AOL. It is located in a subfolder of “C:\Program Files”. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 217088 bytes (67% of all occurrence), 204800 bytes, 200704 bytes, 208896 bytes, 212992 bytes, 143360 bytes, 395004 bytes. Matcli.exe has not been associated with any malicious services. Still, the removal of this process might cause you some problem, but only if you use services of any of above mentioned companies.
