KvmSecure – the rogue of the day

KvmSecure is a rogue anti-spyware program – a fake spyware remover, which uses scare tactics to lure money from unsuspecting users. Much like most rogues, KvmSecure makes it’s way to the system by using trojans, such as Zlob or Vundo. These trojans display popups and fake system notifications, leading the user to believe that he is infected and needs a spyware remover to dispose of the problem. This is a fallacious statement, but creates reasoning for the user to buy the “licensed version” of KvmSecure.
