fservice.exe is a malicious file that belongs to the Backdoor.Prorat trojan. This trojan allows remote access to your computer, which may lead to a complete takeover of your system, among other problems, which include theft of personal data and slow computer performance.
fservice.exe is a serious threat and should therefore be removed upon detection. Note, however, that an Anti-Virus will not necessarilly get rid of the problem, therefore it is advised to use an anti-spyware program instead.
