Defend APc is a fake anti-spyware program created to gain money from trustful computer users. It usually penetrates into computer system involving the use of trojans. After successful installation into your computer, Defend APc will use all kind of tactics in order to make you pay for a license of the program. You will be overflowed with system alerts stating that your system is strongly infected by spyware. Defend APc will also use its fake scanner and display falsified scan results. You will be given a long list of infections supposedly detected on your computer. You can’t trust these results because it displays completely fake information. Next that follows is browser hijacking.
