DeadEye

DeadEye is a malicious application that is identified as a rogue antispyware program. It means that the program mimics the functions of antispyware but in fact is fake.

DeadEye enters the system via Trojan virus and then if the system has Java Runtime Environment, the program is run. In other case Dead Eye downloads its executable jre.exe from a remote server. Then the program performs a row of malicious actions: it simulates system scan, generates fake pop up ads, security notifications and, most importantly, recommends purchasing DeadEye as a security tool.

Such recommendations should be rejected without any hesitations. Then you should take care of removing DeadEye from your system as soon as possible. You can either use a legitimate antispyware program and eliminate the infection automatically or use the removal instructions of Dead Eye provided by reliable security experts and fix it manually.
