C-Center
C-Center is another rogue antispyware program. It uses the tactics to make people think their computers are infected and later offers to fix threats and keep the system protected for a certain amount of money. C-Center is distributed by Trojans and causes lots of computer issues, including annoying popup ads, computer slowdown, desktop hijack, and so on. In addition, C-Center runs it fake scanner which displays a list of infections and again gives just one choice – to remove infections by purchasing a program.
