AV Center
AV Center is an application that must be removed once detected on the system. It’s a rogue program that imitates a security tool and all its functions. However, AV Center is not able to detect any real infections.
The application enters the system through Trojan viruses. Then AV Center changes some entries in the Windows Registry and becomes the dominating program in the whole system. AV Center runs system scanner and displays a list of infections recommending removing them with a help of a licensed version of AV Center.
Another way of pushing into purchasing AV Center is generating fake pop up ads and security notifications. The messages claim that your system contains spyware threats and recommends activating AV Center in order to get rid of dangerous infections.
