AntiVirus Lab 2009 2.1 is just another name of recent AntiVirusLab 2009 scam. Both AntiVirus Lab 2009 and Anti Virus Lab 2009 2.1 hide the same malware.
AntiVirus Lab 2009 2.1 is distributed by trojans. Once it gets aboard a machine, it starts generating fake security reports in order to scare people and make them purchase full version of this fraudulent anti-virus.
