Antivirus GT
Antivirus GT is a rogue antispyware program that is distributed to computers through Trojan viruses and attempts to sell its fake program by running a fake scanner, displaying fake infections and later offering purchasing a fake program.
Once Antivirus GT enters the system, it makes some changes there so that it could perform all needed actions. Then the program runs a system scanner which only simulates looking for infections. It even generates a list of potential threats and then redirects you to the website where you can by a program in order to remove supposedly existing infections. Just like all rogue programs, AntivirusGT displays plenty of security notifications on the desktop despite which program is run. Besides, it tends to block most of the websites stating that they are infected or may contain some viruses.
If you have noticed AntivirusGT on your computer, make sure not to purchase it and remove it as soon as you can. Contact your credit card company in you have already paid for his malicious application.
