A new version of Antivirus malware!
Antivirus is a typical rogue anti-spyware that poses to be legitimate security software just like many other malwares. However, it has not much in common with PC protection and spyware removal. Trying to make it trickier, it was released a new version of Antivirus which looks very similar to completely trustful Nod32 antivirus, so be aware.
Antivirus just like the earlier its variant is distributed through Trojan horses. When installed and operating, Anitivirus configures the system to launch it upon every system start and also disables security programs found there, on the infected PC. Program also alerts for the user this message, trying to make him uninstall antivirus:
Uncertified {antivirus name} antivirus software detected on your computer. You need to remove
{antivirus name} software for correct operation of the Antivirus.
Attention: If you don`t remove {antivirus name} software, the performance of your computer will
dramatically degrade.
Press “OK” to remove the {antivirus name}
It is useless to say that this alert is false, so ignore it. Just like the other behavior of Antivirus. Keep in mind that all its scanners and alerts are displayed only to scare you into purchasing the virus. Do not purchase and install it and remove Antivirus using the information given below.
