VirusLocker

Another corrupt anti-spyware threat has emerged from the depths of spyware factories - it’s VirusLocker. Although this parasite has been terrorizing the Web for quite some time, its recent update made VirusLocker more dangerous than ever. Reports of computers infected by VirusLocker and cries of help have prompted the largest anti-spyware application developers and internet security sites alike to react to the new threat.

The destructive payload of VirusLocker is quite formidable - not only does it infect your computer with additional malware like trojans and adware, VirusLocker also tries to trick its victims into believing that this parasite is a legitimate spyware removal application and scare them into purchasing its “full” version. If you happen to detect VirusLocker in your system, make sure you remove it immediately.
